Return and Exchange Policy

Upon receiving the goods (including delivery or self-pickup), you are responsible for inspecting the goods for defects and/or damages and checking that all accessories are complete.

If any quality issues (non-human-related) are discovered within 14 days of receipt, we provide a return or exchange service. For returns or exchanges, please bring the goods along with the purchase invoice and relevant electronic receipt to the original store of purchase. For products purchased online, please email online@yuehwa.com within 14 days to contact customer service.

Unless otherwise specified, all products are non-refundable.

Exchanged goods must be returned in their original condition, unopened, with complete packaging (including intact paper boxes or bags), product tags, order-related gifts, and in a clean state.

If the exchanged goods are out of stock, you may choose to replace them with another product of equal value or pay the price difference for a higher-valued product. If the replacement products value is lower than the returned product, the difference will not be refunded.

Goods can only be exchanged once.

Exclusions to the Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. After 14 days from the purchase date.
  2. For hygiene and quality reasons, food, beverages, medicines, herbal products, personal care items, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Products that have been unsealed, used, or damaged due to human factors or improper use, such as staining, malfunction, breakage, cracks, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, discoloration, distortion, or deformation.
  4. Products that have been modified by the customer or altered at the customers request (e.g., shortening skirts or trousers).
  5. Products that have been improperly stored by the customer after purchase, affecting their quality.
  6. Minor creases on product packaging that do not affect the products quality.
  7. Products with incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
  8. Malicious or bulk returns.
  9. Products not collected or received for over three months after purchase. If the customer fails to collect the goods within the given period despite prior notification, the goods will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. The company reserves the right to handle such goods at its discretion (e.g., resale) without further notice.
  10. Exchanges requested for personal reasons unrelated to product quality issues.

Returned goods must include all complimentary items and Yue Hwa membership points (including cash vouchers or discount coupons) provided at the time of purchase. Otherwise, the value of the complimentary items will be deducted from the refund amount.
